Next generation for ISMS & DPMS

Intervalid becomes modern, accessible, and user-friendly. That's why, over a year and a half ago, we decided to move our application to a new technological foundation. The previous version served us reliably for many years, but after eight years, it was time for a big step forward.

The new technology is called Vue.js - a modern programming language and a tool that helps us to make the interface faster, more stable and future-proof. With this modern technology, we are also taking the first big step towards digital accessibility - with higher colour contrast, zoom up to 400%, operation without a mouse and a read-aloud function. There are also new filter and sorting options, a redesigned interface and AI-powered features to provide support in everyday life. For our users, this means that Intervalid responds more smoothly, is easier to use and is more accessible for everyone.

The surface of Intervalid technologically on Vue.js changed. The backend remains unchanged, so existing processes continue to run stably. However, the new architecture creates significantly more flexibility for future developments and clearly focuses on improved Usability, Accessibility, and Operability of the application.

The revised UI concept will make usage more consistent, accessible, and efficient, regardless of the end device or individual requirements.

The ISMS Requirements, Risk Analysis, and Risk Overview features have been redesigned. This has significantly improved performance when processing large volumes of data.

Filter Function

With the new Filtering and Sorting functions, you can find the information you need even faster. The enhanced filtering options allow you to narrow down search results precisely. Active filters are clearly displayed and can be removed or reset with just a few clicks.

The sorting functions have also been expanded and offer greater flexibility across the various screens. In addition, the new way of entering the Number of Records of Processing Activities in the page navigation feature for easier navigation.

Graphics

The new graphics make it easier to analyze your data. Filter content directly by clicking on individual chart elements, and easily show or hide charts as needed. This helps you keep an overview of Tasks & Measures, Security Incidents, and Training at all times.

Risk Analysis & Measures

The revised Risk Analysis & Measures offers a modernized user interface and streamlines day-to-day risk management tasks. Risks can now be recorded more quickly, processed in a structured manner, and directly linked to existing measures. This creates a seamless process from analysis to implementation.

The transition to Intervalid 2.0 will take place on the date specified in the information email you received. As a user, nothing will change for you – neither in your workflows nor in your data. The transition will take place automatically in the background, and your information will remain securely stored and protected.

Only one thing will change noticeably for you: the system will be more modern and innovative, making your daily work even easier. You won't need to do a thing, we'll take care of everything.

Do you want to postpone the transition date?

In exceptional cases, the planned transition date can be postponed if it conflicts with important operational events such as an audit. In this case, please contact us and send an email to info@intervalid.com, so that we can coordinate a suitable transition date together.

With Intervalid 2.0, you'll benefit from all new features at no additional cost. All future developments are already included in your monthly subscription fee.
